Pediatrician
 

Dr. Amy Demattia

MD, MPH

Amy Demattia is a physician at Westside Pediatrics on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. She is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine where she remains active in medical education.

Dr. Demattia is a graduate of Princeton University and Cornell University Medical College. She completed her pediatric residency, Masters in Public Health, and fellowship in General Academic Pediatrics at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.

Amy has been in the pediatric profession for eight years and lives in Manhattan with her husband and their two young children.

Dr. Pantea Hannauer

Dr. Pantea Sharifi Hannauer is a long-time attending clinical physician at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. She is recognized as one of the premiere experts in the field of pediatric behavioral and developmental disabilities. Her practice, Pediatric Minds, is scientifically based and promotes behavioral treatment or other preventative measures before pursuing medical or pharmaceutical interventions. The mother of two children, Pantea understands the challenges associated with parenting today.

Dr. Ingrid Schweiger

PHD

Ingrid Schweiger is a licensed psychotherapist working with couples and individuals at her office in Manhattan.

Her work focuses on adults and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, parenting problems, addictions, and career conflict.

Dr. Schweiger has been facilitating healing, change and personal growth for the past 30 years. Her unique programs for families have been recognized by the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

She received her doctorate in counseling psychology at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, MA and has taught at both the New School for Social Research and the University of Massachusetts. She is the author ofSelf-Esteem for a Lifetime: Raising a Successful Child from the Inside Out.

In her spare time, Dr. Schweiger loves spending time with her husband, grown children, and grandsons, Jacob and Alexander.

Lactation Consultant
 

Carolyn Migliore

RN, IBCLC, LCCE

Carolyn Migliore is a certified lactation consultant and maternal child health nurse with more than 25 years of experience.

She currently works at the New York Presbyterian Hospital where she is an instructor within the Preparation for Parenthood Program. Her responsibilities teaching parent education, childbirth education, baby care, and breastfeeding classes. She is also one of the inpatient lactation consultants working with new mothers during their hospital stay.

Carolyn is a born and raised New Yorker and enjoys her spare time with her beloved little Maltese, Jake. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, and reading a “good book.”

Behavior Analyst
 

Britt Moore

BCBA

Britt Moore is a board certified behavior analyst with extensive experience in parent training and treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Since 2001, she has worked expansively with autistic children and their families conducting early intervention therapy based on behavior analytic principles.

As part of Britt’s in-home work, she develops individualized therapy plans based on the unique needs of each child. This approach teaches parents how to enhance their children’s appropriate behaviors and ability to learn in their home environment.

She completed her Masters degree in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University.

Britt currently resides in Minneapolis and claims that it’s really “not that cold.”

Nurse Practitioner
 

Meg Zweiback

RN, CPNP, MPH

Meg Zweiback is a pediatric nurse practitioner with more than 30 years of specialized experience in Behavioral and Developmental Pediatrics.

Meg currently operates a private consulting practice helping families through behavioral issues.

She is an associate clinical professor of Family Health Care Nursing at the University of California, San Francisco and has also authored several parenting books including, Keys to Parenting Your One-Year Old, Keys to Parenting Your Two-Year Old, Keys to Preparing and Caring for Your Second Child and Keys to Toilet Training. All of her books received Parents’ Choice Awards.

Meg currently lives in the San Francisco Bay area and enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown sons.
