All Dream Team Baby consultants have an inner drive to help families be happy. They are smart, funny, professional mothers who love children and wanted a job that allows them the ability to apply their intelligence, inner-strength, and selfless determination in order to see empowered parents, rested children and restored balance. To families in crisis this might seem an impossible dream, but we assure you, these ladies can get you there. Elizabeth is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Masters in Public Administration from George Washington University. She has most recently been a federal lobbyist specializing in representing local governments. Elizabeth is also a licensed EMT and manages her husband's photography business. Most importantly, she is a mom to three children, the first of who are 16 months apart (making good sleep essential)! She and her family enjoy museums and exploring cities. They also have a farm in the Catskills where they like to catch frogs and enjoy the seasons. Elizabeth loves being a sleep consultant because she loves watching families transform from being stressed and exhausted to happy and relaxed.
Natalie has a PhD in Quantitative and Molecular Genetics and a Post Graduate Certificate in Pediatric Sleep Science from the Medical School of the University of Western Australia. She is formerly an Assistant Professor in the Neurogenetics Unit at NYU School of Medicine. Since the birth of her children, Natalie has been fascinated by pediatric sleep. The scientist inside her dove headfirst into pediatric sleep research and she soon joined Dream Team Baby as Senior Pediatric Sleep Consultant in 2008. Since then Natalie has helped countless families give their children the gift of sleep. Don't let Nat's scientific background fool you; she's one of the warmest, most empathetic people we know. She lives in Manhattan with her husband and their three young boys.
Paula has always been in the business of helping implement positive change. With a Business Degree from Monash University in her native land of Australia, she headed up Sony Ericsson's mobile phone business before lending herself to Ericsson's Brand Marketing division in North America 12 years ago. Paula has held a number of senior executive positions including heading the Sony Ericsson business to T-Mobile, but was most challenged by the sleep issues she experienced shortly after the birth of her daughter in 2005. After much trial and tribulation to overcome her daughter's sleep challenges, she decided to start helping other families experiencing the same challenges. Since then she and her husband welcomed their son into the world and are happy to report he is a model sleeper. Paula's calm, assuring nature and undeniable smarts keep clients feeling supported and motivated.
Traci holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from The University of Georgia. Although she has a corporate background working for Schering-Plough and Time Warner, Traci has a deep passion for sleep. She realized this passion when she was challenged herself in 2008 and enlisted the help of Dream Team Baby. As a former client, she overcame her son's sleep issues and knew she wanted to help other families restore balance to their lives. Clients instantly feel bonded to Traci not only for her sunny, upbeat personality, but also because she knows what it's like to feel defeated by sleep. She resides in New Jersey with her husband, young son and daughter. In her free time she enjoys reading and spending time with other moms.
